PERSONAL CHEF

Chef Liz works with you and/or your heath care provider or personal trainer to provide a dietary plan suited to your individual needs.

Personal Chef service is ideal if:

  • you do not have the time to prepare the healthy nutritious foods you would like to be eating

  • you are on a controlled diet or cleanse

  • you are an expectant or new mother

  • you are experiencing illness

How it works

1. Chef Liz will design a menu that considers your likes, dislikes, allergies and any dietary restrictions you have.

2. Chef Liz will then prepare these custom delicious meals in your home (between 3-5 hours), providing you with meals for 4-6 days. Chef Liz can also portion and weigh meals for those following a specific plan.

Chef Liz offers private, hands-on, group, lecture, and online classes.
